Review Organizational Policies, suggest /discuss and draft amendments in technical terms which could be practically implemented

• Complete Guidance on Cash Handling System (Cash payment limits, cash payment requirements, procedures etc)
• Review of Cash Book & Bank Book, provide guidance based on financial rules in this regard
• Review available types of Vouchers, their current use and utilization; Suggest if changes required.
• Specify the details of supporting documents required for processing cross cheque payments specifically (e.g. salary cheques, Any type of procurement etc)
Guide on Procurement Process and suggest possible improvements in existing systems
Guide on technical aspect of stock /inventory register maintenance and also bar coding of items in accordance with Stock Register
Maintenance of Computerized Accounting Software (Quick book)
Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation
Maintain Log Books, Fuel Consumption Record, Employee Leave Record and Employee Personal Files
Ensure adherence to time frames for preparation and submission of financial reports to respective donor.
Prepare Project Budgets for request for Expression of interest/EOI and Request for proposal-RFP
Prepare Annual Budget for Organization
