Responsible for organizing inclusive and representative IWJs at community/village level.

Provide support to all project components in incorporation of key gender and inclusion components at office and field level.
Provide Life Skills trainings to PWDs, Women & Girls, and Transgender persons in target areas.
Maintain cooperation and communication with projects’ partners and beneficiaries on the implementation of the agreed activities, especially for the events, trainings, workshops, etc.
Facilitate knowledge building and knowledge sharing within the programme.
Provide support in data collection, compiling lessons learned and sharing with the supervisor.
Facilitate the community to pass their complaints to the management through CRM in a transparent manner.

• Identify and secure the most transparent community leaders i.e. stakeholders, opinion makers, gate keepers, boasters, barriers, traditional leaders, elected councilors, progressive & charismatic Religious Leaders, and village activists for help voluntarily in mandate of demands generation.
• Conduct Social Assessment exercises as to identify gaps in people's knowledge, explore most common issues, needs, problems and priorities including the underlying causes behind the problem and find most appropriate communal solutions & collective efforts,

Raise WASH profile of target Schools and communities by implementing CLTS (Community lead Total Sanitation)/SLTS (School Lead Total Sanitation) PHAST (Participatory Hygiene And Sanitation Transformation) approaches effectively.
Strongly mobilize the Students/community about WASH prospectus through regular field visits.
Conduct quality health and hygiene sessions in Schools/communities to ensure that target population are mobilized and adequately informed regarding health and hygiene issues related to water supply, sanitation and solid waste disposal.
Conduct training of selected Schools/community Students/activists on health and hygiene promotion to enable them to conduct onward sessions to target communities.
Conduct assessment of beneficiaries, WASH schemes identification, sign TOR’s with School/Communities committees, line departments and can effectively maintain data.
Supervise, facilitate and trained Students/community activists in record keeping, Laisoning with social welfare, PHED and other line departments.
Effectively supervise and facilitate village WASH Committees (VWC), SRC (Students Representatives Committee) PTC (Parents Teachers Council) and Village Activists (VA) and can effectively and efficiently implement Village WASH Plan.
Develop health and hygiene training materials and modules, School/Village WASH plan with collaboration of SRC/community where needed.
Coordinate with technical staff responsible for construction of water and sanitation structures in the targeted areas (schools and Communities) to include hygiene aspects in design and site selection of construction activities.
