- Preparation and submission of Work Plan with clear targets/deliverables, timeline, and results
- Implementation and coordination for the project activities in 4 Districts ( Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Chakwal and Attock)
- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders, partners, NGOS and government departments to develop referral pathway for survivors of GBV and child protection

- Verification of Non Formal Literacy Schools learners and parents in Rawalpindi Division and mobilize parents for CNIC process and Khidmat Card

- Gujranwala Consumer Survey (GIS) validation in 64 Urban Union Councils

Coordinated 6 month Deposit Mobilization Training Project of NRSP Microfinance Bank and train 600 participants
4. Basic Banking and Saving Awareness Training
I have coordinated six months Basic Banking and Saving Training of NRSP Micro Finance Bank Funded By State Bank of Pakistan. Under this project trained 24000 presidents and manager of community Organization of NRSP Microfinance Bank in 40 cities of Punjab and Sindh
