3-PERFORM COMPLETE RECRUITMENT CYCLE IN PPIF; PREPARE JOB ADVERTISEMENT, PREPARE LONG-LISTING, SHORTLISTING REPORTS, ORGANIZE INTERVIEWS, ASSIST RECRUITMENT & SELECTION COMMITTEE IN SELECTION OF CANDIDATES.
4-PERFORM COMPLETE ORIENTATION PROCESS OF PPIF FOR ALL NEW EMPLOYEES IN THEIR INDUCTION.
