16 years of experience in leading private and public sector companies. at present im working as Senior Specialist- HRD in The Urban Unit - Govt. of Punjab. Core competencies include Public Sector Recruitment , Organizational Design Development, Designing and implementation of HR Manual, quarterly appraising about HR Initiatives to the HC of BoD. During my career my job role has emerged from operational to developmental in nature.
Responsible for Corporate and Project HR as Head of department. some important projects include Punjab Spatial Strategy (PSS) as mentioned above, Punjab Cities and Governance Improvement (PCGIP), Asset Management and Computerized Land Record Management by Railway, Urban Immovable Property TAX (UIPT), Khadim e Ala Rural Support Program, Govt. House Murree and Murree Mall Road Improvement Project, and provision of HR Consultancies to waste management companies of Punjab as well as Punjab Saaf Pani Company as Project Management Consultant.
The HR Support starts right from organizational structure of company and project hierarchies, Job Descriptions and Recruitment as per Project Document / PC1, Employment Contract Administration , till the final settlement activities of any employee, TNA and Training , Performance Management System etc.
Quarterly presentation on all HR initiatives and progress to the HC Committee of the BoD and to the BoD .
