Worked in the HR Department in the area of HR Requirement and Selection Cell, HR Operation Activity Cell, HR Training Orientation Cell, HR Welfare Activities Cell and HR Grievance Handling Disciplinary Actions Cell.
Develop the Procedures of GROUP LIFE INSURAFCE Scheme and overall handling the working from company and group life insurance department (State Life).

To supervise and deal / correspondence with Govt. department as Social Security and Labor department and other Semi government, local agencies for statuary benefit.
Maintenance and implementation of various Rules, Regulation, Procedures etc. framed by the management form time to time.
To supervise and deal / correspondence with contractor's employees as Janitorial Staff, Transport Staff and Mess Staff.
Responsible for managing employee database (Master Database).
Responsible for vigilance on retirement and expiry of CNIC
