• Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of project events and meetings and creation of all necessary documentation.
• Taking responsibility for the effective flow of information between Team members, TVET Partners Centers and with all Departments of ACTED’s Logistic, Database, HR, and Finance, with all participants in project activities for the smooth achievement.
• To Supervision the delivery of the material on site as well as ensuring the quality and quantity of the tools kits, Consumables, Equipments for TVET centers and graduates.
• To elaborate all needs based inputs and all other activities according to the objectives of the programme and the beneficiary involvement strategy of Project.
• To Planning on project activities, Targets, Material, Examination process, Tool Kits Distribution Events, Stock Exits, Field Activities
• Data Collecting regarding TVET Sector from Government Institutes, Private Institutes,
Non-Government Organizations, Community Based Organization for the project needs.
• Analysis and Data collection in Labour Market Survey, in the Three Districts of sindh from Government and Private institutes and Enterprises, 1. TVET Centre Survey, 2. Graduates Survey, 3. General Population Survey, 4. Enterprises Survey and 5. Key Informant Survey.
• Meeting with Authorities District to District such STEVTA, Mono Technical Colleges, Poly Technical Institutes, Social Welfare Departments, District Baitul Maal, etc.
• Liaison with Governmental and non Governmental Agencies for support to the project and beneficiaries.
• To Conduct Mobilization Meetings/Sessions in Rural & Urban areas for the Marginalized Students.
• Distribution of Survey report with the name “Services Assessment and Labor Market Survey of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Sector in 7 Selected District of Pakistan” an assessment completed by ACTED with support from the European Union.
• Formation of advisory councils for TVET Centers
• Regular bases Meetings with the TVET Advisory Councils & individual meetings with the Members of Advisory Councils for the direction of successfully achieving objectives of project.
