This is Mujtaba Raza Haider.
I am currently working as Sr.HR Executive at Pentaloop (Information Technology) (IT) sector. My key responsibility is to provide support function to the project managers for operational activities and to provide resources for software engineers, project managers, web application developers and Quality Assurance-technical executive search(resourcing).
Previously i have been responsible for complete HR Recruitment activities of Central-1 Region of Ideas by Gul Ahmed as HR Officer. I have been doing extensive sourcing and man power planing for Retail Sales, Wholesale and Textile division.
My expertise include Social Media Sourcing using Linkedin , Facebook, Google and other linkage development groups. My keen interest is in placing candidates for their best suitable job role.
My current role has allowed me to gain an in-depth Job Analysis knowledge in IT sector, Retail Industry, Wholesale industry and for Textile division.

separation of employees. Generating the reports related to HR operations. Maintained relevant candidate
pool in the pipeline by cold calling inside industry contacts, competitor companies and other leads to
efficiently convert contacts into candidates.
