Responsibilities and achievements
Preparation of field visit plans with coordination of project staff and other stakeholders, developing different formats for data collection from the field, development of databases for data entry, analyzing and visualizing data in tables heat maps, pie charts, bar charts, and stacked bar charts, etc., visiting project sites for conducting process monitoring, taking feedback and suggestions from the community to improve the project delivery and debriefing with the field staff for improvements, providing feedback to management through detailed and comprehensive reporting about the project interventions for timely decision making, implementation of CRM in the field and making sure that project participants are aware of CRM and can use when needed for transparency and accountability purpose, identification and developing project success stories and case studies on the impact of project interventions, providing monitoring support to three projects.
