Working as a sales & marketing executive in Fazaia Housing Scheme Sargodha. It was my first ever experience of working with a real estate company. Here my main responsibilities were:

• Dealing clients & providing them information.
• Filling of booking forms.
• Handling client calls & providing relevant information.
• Maintaining complete record of all clients in MS word & excel sheets.
• Keep myself intact with all market news about property.
• Keeping track of all media campaigns & their response.
• Confirm deal with clients in order to increase plot bookings.

I’d joined as a Customer Service Coordinator at Telenor Sales & service center on contract basis. After 3 months I was promoted as a Customer Service Officer. It was a great experience to work under this multinational company. My responsibilities there were:

• Handling BVS operations.
• Handling customers directly & providing them solution.
• Complaint handling.
• Promote sales of handsets & connections.
• Keeping follow-up & provide maximum solution to clients.
• Worked under pressure & served queue of customers.
