We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eBay policies, excellent written English communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through eBay messaging and email, ensuring timely responses to queries and resolving issues professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of eBay policies to address disputes, cases, and claims effectively.
- Track and document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in organized spreadsheets.
- Manage claims and refunds with courier services, ensuring timely resolution of delivery issues.
- Liaise with other departments to address complex customer concerns.
- Prepare periodic reports on customer feedback, recurring issues, and resolution efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of eBay policies and processes.
- Fluent in written English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) for tracking and reporting.
- Experience in handling customer disputes, claims, and refunds.
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or a similar role.
