We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eBay policies, excellent written English communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support through eBay messaging and email, ensuring timely responses to queries and resolving issues professionally.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of eBay policies to address disputes, cases, and claims effectively.
Track and document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in organized spreadsheets.
Manage claims and refunds with courier services, ensuring timely resolution of delivery issues.
Liaise with other departments to address complex customer concerns.
⁠Prepare periodic reports on customer feedback, recurring issues, and resolution efficiency.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of eBay policies and processes.
Fluent in written English with excellent communication skills.
⁠Proficiency in using spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) for tracking and reporting.
Experience in handling customer disputes, claims, and refunds.
Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or a similar role.
