HR Executive

As an HR Executive at ZAM MART, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and contributing to the overall success of our organization. You will be responsible for managing various HR activities and programs to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates through various channels, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Maintain employee records, manage HR databases, and handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
Support performance appraisal processes, provide guidance to managers and employees, and ensure timely completion of performance reviews.
Assist in resolving employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
Participate in HR projects such as policy reviews, diversity initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
