Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the Texas market.
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities and expand the customer base through effective lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on market trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and expert guidance to customers, addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales presentations, showcasing the quality and benefits of our Auto Parts to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Continuously stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify potential business opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
- Availability During Texas Business Hours: The candidate must be available to work during Texas business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Texas time) to provide prompt sales support and collaborate effectively with customers in Texas.
- This requirement ensures seamless communication and enhances customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a demonstrated track record of closing sales successfully.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Proficient in utilizing sales tools and CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions, leads, and sales pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, priorities, and market conditions.
- Availability to work within overlapping hours with the Texas time zone to provide efficient customer support.
