We are currently looking for an exceptional Sales Representative to join our esteemed Auto Parts Company. This position presents an exciting opportunity to work remotely from the Pakistan while providing unparalleled sales support to our valued customers in Texas.

We seek a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, outstanding communication abilities, and a deep passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the Texas market.
  • Actively pursue new sales opportunities and expand the customer base through effective lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on market trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and expert guidance to customers, addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular sales presentations, showcasing the quality and benefits of our Auto Parts to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify potential business opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
  • Availability During Texas Business Hours: The candidate must be available to work during Texas business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Texas time) to provide prompt sales support and collaborate effectively with customers in Texas.
  • This requirement ensures seamless communication and enhances customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a demonstrated track record of closing sales successfully.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Proficient in utilizing sales tools and CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions, leads, and sales pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, priorities, and market conditions.
  • Availability to work within overlapping hours with the Texas time zone to provide efficient customer support.
  • Reliable Internet Connection and Remote Work Environment.
  • The candidate should have a stable internet connection to facilitate smooth communication, access necessary sales resources, and participate in virtual meetings.
  • Additionally, an appropriate remote work environment with minimal distractions contributes to optimal productivity.
