We are looking for a resilient, Focused and Result Oriented Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding new clients and business ventures. Autonomous self-starter, with the ability to work independently within a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential leads.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, networking events, and other channels.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
4. Market Expansion:
- Identify new markets, industries, or geographic areas for potential business growth.
- Evaluate market demand and feasibility of entering new segments.
- Develop market entry strategies and partnerships as needed.
6. Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
7. Continuous Learning and Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.
