Business Development Executive

We are looking for a resilient, Focused and Result Oriented Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding new clients and business ventures. Autonomous self-starter, with the ability to work independently within a team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities for business expansion.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential leads.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, networking events, and other channels.

3. Sales and Revenue Growth:

Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.

4. Market Expansion:

Identify new markets, industries, or geographic areas for potential business growth.
Evaluate market demand and feasibility of entering new segments.
Develop market entry strategies and partnerships as needed.

6. Sales Pipeline Management:

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.

7. Continuous Learning and Development:

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.
Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.
