Job Summary:
The System Support Executive is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and assisting end-users with technical issues.

- Assist in managing and maintaining local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Support network setup, configuration, and management.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems and networks.

- Implement and manage data backup and recovery processes.
