Job Summary:

The System Support Executive is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and assisting end-users with technical issues.

Assist in managing and maintaining local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Support network setup, configuration, and management.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems and networks.
Manage and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
Implement and manage data backup and recovery processes.
Ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures.
Install and configure new hardware, software, and peripherals.
Ensure proper integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.
