We are looking for a Call Center Sales Representative. You will answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions according to their queries.
  • Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise.
  • Keep records of all conversations and do follow ups.
  • Meet personal, team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Atleast, 1 year of experience in a call center is required.
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
  • Salary will be discussed in the interview as per your experience and your skills but you can make up to 40k - 60k per month.
