We are looking for a Call Center Sales Representative. You will answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints.

Responsibilities:

Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions according to their queries.
Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise.
Keep records of all conversations and do follow ups.
Meet personal, team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements:

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Atleast, 1 year of experience in a call center is required.
Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
Salary will be discussed in the interview as per your experience and your skills but you can make up to 40k - 60k per month.
