Chat Support Agent

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Chat Agent to join our team and support our UK and US clients.

Responsibilities:

Engage with UK and US clients via chat to provide exceptional customer service.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and exceed their expectations.
Generate leads and actively promote products/services to increase sales opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences across all channels.

Requirements:

Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
Previous experience as a Chat Agent or in a customer service role preferred.
Intermediate level of proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed to accommodate UK and US time zones.(Night shift)

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary range: PKR30,000 - PKR65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
