Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Excel to organize and analyze customer data, track interactions, and generate reports
  • Collaborate with other team members to address customer issues and improve processes
  • Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and contribute to overall team success

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
