Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Utilize Excel to organize and analyze customer data, track interactions, and generate reports
- Collaborate with other team members to address customer issues and improve processes
- Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and contribute to overall team success
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Freshers are also welcome
