- Serve as B2B clients' primary point of contact, providing timely and effective support via email and phone calls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and credibility by understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Resolve issues and inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive client experience that meets or exceeds service level agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to resolve complex client issues and meet client needs.
- Identify and track client issues and trends, escalate to management as needed, and drive solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- Actively participate in client feedback processes, providing insights and recommendations to improve products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, industry trends, and best practices for B2B client support.
- Work closely with Account Manager's teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue growth through exceptional client service.
- Manage client accounts and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client data and interactions.
- Participate in team meetings and training, contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
