- Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits (Social Security & EOBI) programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding compensation and benefits.
- Perform accurate calculations related to payroll, benefits, and taxes.
- Manage the activation of SIM cards and maintain accurate records of SIM users through the company's benefits account.
- Record & Prepare Monthly Bills of Sim Usage.
- Draft and send professional and effective emails to employees, management, and external parties.
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and announcements via email.
- Handle confidential information and maintain professionalism in email communication.
- Serve as a liaison between the HR department and corporate sectors.
- Collaborate with corporate partners to implement HR initiatives and programs.
- Conduct meetings with benefits departments to gain insight into new policies pertaining to employee benefits, and discuss about resolving labor-related issues collaboratively and effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners to support HR objectives.
- Other tasks assigned by HOD.
