We encourage people to state or discover their passion and then match their passion with their responsibilities.As Branch Manager – Customer Service, you will be expected to become Zonal Manager Customer Service within 3 to 4 years. From BM to Head of Service Operations position can take 7 years for the right candidate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The key deliverable for this position are:

Manage all after sale service complaints and resolve them as per the standard timeline.
Visit dealer on regular basis and ensure that all the dealer related problems are being solved timely.
Maintain good relations with customers and provide them satisfactory services within policy framework.
Identify new potential business areas for Spare Parts Sales.
Increase of part sales and expansion of part dealers’ network in the assigned territory.Maintain proper inventory of parts for smooth operation of branch
Control warranty cost & expenses and ensure profitability.
Gross Salary of PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month along with 800 cc car and monthly incentive on achievement of targets.
