We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Handler & Social Media Advisor to join our team! If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and a creative flair for managing social media platforms, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Handling:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
    • Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  2. Social Media Management:

    • Plan, create, and post engaging content across social media platforms to promote our brand and services.
    • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely manner.
    • Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements to boost engagement and reach.
    • Stay up-to-date with trends in social media and implement innovative strategies to grow our online presence.
  3. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or social media management (or a similar role).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track performance.
  • A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
