We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Handler & Social Media Advisor to join our team! If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and a creative flair for managing social media platforms, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Handling:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, and post engaging content across social media platforms to promote our brand and services.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements to boost engagement and reach.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in social media and implement innovative strategies to grow our online presence.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or social media management (or a similar role).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track performance.
A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
