Project Coordination:

  • Directly coordinate engineering projects by acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. Ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle to maintain alignment with strategic objectives.

Maintenance and Repair Oversight:

  • Supervise maintenance and repair operations for all equipment and facilities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices, while optimizing resource utilization to enhance operational efficiency.

Process Improvement:

  • Champion the development and implementation of innovative engineering processes and methodologies. Identify opportunities for enhancing workflows, reducing waste, and increasing overall operational performance.

Budget Management/ Optimization:

  • Manage departmental budgets, ensuring that projects and operations are conducted within financial constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies to enhance overall departmental performance.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align engineering initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals. Participate in long-term planning efforts to drive innovation and improve service delivery.

Team Development:

  • Mentor and develop engineering staff, providing guidance and support for their professional growth. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, ensuring the team remains updated with industry trends and best practices.
