You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. Your fieldwork will involve meeting clients face-to-face, understanding their needs, and presenting our SaaS products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Prospecting:

  •    Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients.
  •    Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging digital channels.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

  •    Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
  •    Listen actively to client requirements and address any queries they may have.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  •    Deliver compelling product presentations and demos.
  •    Showcase how our SaaS solution solves specific pain points for clients.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

  •    Work closely with prospects to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts.
  •    Close deals by overcoming objections and emphasizing the value of our SaaS offering.

Customer Onboarding and Support:

  •    Assist new customers during the onboarding process.
  •    Ensure a smooth transition from sale to product usage.

Field Visits and Relationship Maintenance:

  •    Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients in Lahore.
  •    Regularly engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Sales Metrics and Reporting:

  •    Track sales performance using relevant metrics.
  •    Provide regular reports to management on sales activities and achievements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
