Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity across payroll and HR systems.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and annual updates.
Assist with HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, leave management, and employee records maintenance.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are consistently followed.
Prepare payroll and operational reports for management and audit purposes.
Address payroll and benefits-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure smooth and accurate payroll processing.
Stay updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices related to payroll and benefits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
2+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of payroll software Oracle.
Understanding of payroll and tax regulations and labor laws.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
