Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage company accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Oversee receivables, ensuring timely collection and accurate recording.
- Prepare, maintain, and enter data for expense sheets, ensuring detailed and accurate records.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels and efficient inventory control.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with vendors for material procurement.
- Source and procure materials from multiple vendors, negotiating best prices and ensuring quality standards.
- Use ERP systems to manage procurement and account processes, ensuring streamlined operations and data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement, accounts management, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems for procurement and accounts processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
