Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage company accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Oversee receivables, ensuring timely collection and accurate recording.
  • Prepare, maintain, and enter data for expense sheets, ensuring detailed and accurate records.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels and efficient inventory control.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with vendors for material procurement.
  • Source and procure materials from multiple vendors, negotiating best prices and ensuring quality standards.
  • Use ERP systems to manage procurement and account processes, ensuring streamlined operations and data accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement, accounts management, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with ERP systems for procurement and accounts processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
