Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure transparency and consistency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and implement development initiatives.
  • Utilize HRIS and document management systems to streamline HR operations and facilitate better decision-making.
