We are seeking a customer-oriented and results-driven sales agent to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to sell, provide exceptional customer service, and be able to meet and exceed sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers over the phone and via email to sell our products or services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Manage customer accounts and provide necessary information or support.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on products, services, and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with other sales agents and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Continuously improve customer service experience by providing feedback to the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing work environments.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as required.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
