Call Center Agent

We are seeking a customer-oriented and results-driven sales agent to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to sell, provide exceptional customer service, and be able to meet and exceed sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Engage with customers over the phone and via email to sell our products or services.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
Manage customer accounts and provide necessary information or support.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on products, services, and sales techniques.
Collaborate with other sales agents and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Continuously improve customer service experience by providing feedback to the company.

Job Requirements:

Proven work experience in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing work environments.
Flexibility to work in shifts as required.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
