We are seeking an experienced Upwork / Freelancer Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience bidding on Upwork or Freelancer projects, with a proven track record of success in winning new business and growing client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and apply to relevant Upwork or Freelancer projects
- Write compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate our value proposition and capabilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Continuously monitor and optimize bid performance to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience bidding on Upwork or Freelancer projects.
- Strong understanding of Upwork or Freelancer platform and its features.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of success in winning new business and growing client accounts.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
