Bidder - Upwork / Freelancer

We are seeking an experienced Upwork / Freelancer Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience bidding on Upwork or Freelancer projects, with a proven track record of success in winning new business and growing client accounts.

Responsibilities:

Identify and apply to relevant Upwork or Freelancer projects
Write compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate our value proposition and capabilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Continuously monitor and optimize bid performance to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience bidding on Upwork or Freelancer projects.
Strong understanding of Upwork or Freelancer platform and its features.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of success in winning new business and growing client accounts.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
