We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Online Marketing Specialist with a strong command of English and a deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing engagement, driving conversations, and enhancing brand visibility within the healthcare sector, targeting US/Canada-based doctors. This role demands a creative approach to content creation, rigorous social media management, and the ability to work independently to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Monitor social media platforms, respond to interactions, and manage online communities to foster organic, engaging conversations.
  • Identify and engage with key social media influencers and groups relevant to the healthcare sector, particularly targeting doctors in the US and Canada.

Content Creation:

  • Craft creative and thoughtful content designed to resonate with and engage target audiences.
  • Produce viral content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Maintain a high standard of attention to detail to ensure content is audience-specific and impactful.

Social Media Engagement:

  • Rigorously follow and engage with target influencers and relevant accounts daily to build strong relationships and drive meaningful interactions.
  • Utilize a deep understanding of social media metrics to measure and optimize engagement and conversation outcomes.
  • Execute plans effectively to achieve desired engagement results, adapting strategies as necessary based on performance data.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Participate in occasional video conferences with stakeholders/customers to discuss progress, strategies, and results.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in producing creative, engaging, and viral content.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to understand audience intent and initiate organic conversations.
  • Deep familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and X, with a strong personal presence.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently to drive brand visibility and achieve engagement goals.
  • Experience in measuring and optimizing social media engagement and conversation outcomes.
  • Willingness and ability to engage in occasional video conferences with stakeholders/customers (desktop/laptop camera required).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in the US market.
  • Understanding of AI technology and trends, especially in the healthcare sector.

Key Success Criteria:
