We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Officer - Quality Assurance to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
The ideal candidate will hold a Pharm-D degree and have 2-3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, including batch record review, product release, and documentation control.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Assist in the investigation of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and quality assurance best practices.
- Prepare and review SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and other quality-related documentation.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality assurance procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
Qualifications:
- Pharm-D.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance within a pharmaceutical company.
