Executive Officer - Quality Assurance

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Officer - Quality Assurance to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will hold a Pharm-D degree and have 2-3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
Oversee quality assurance processes, including batch record review, product release, and documentation control.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Assist in the investigation of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and quality assurance best practices.
Prepare and review SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and other quality-related documentation.
Train and mentor junior staff on quality assurance procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.

Qualifications:

Pharm-D.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in quality assurance within a pharmaceutical company.
