Customer Interaction:

Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about our clothing brand's product offerings, sizing, and availability.
- Continuously update product knowledge and be prepared to provide recommendations and style advice to customers.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Report recurring customer issues or trends to the management team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
