You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and representing our brand with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Provide excellent customer service through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Answer customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns.
Assist customers in making informed decisions about our clothing and accessories.

Issue Resolution:

Efficiently and effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with other team members to find solutions to more complex customer issues.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about our clothing brand's product offerings, sizing, and availability.
Continuously update product knowledge and be prepared to provide recommendations and style advice to customers.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Report recurring customer issues or trends to the management team to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback and insights to help improve customer service procedures and policies.
