Customer Support Representative

Seeking a dynamic Customer Support Specialist with 2-3 years of packaging industry experience. Responsible for inbound/outbound customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and fostering strong relationships. Responsibilities:

Address inbound customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Initiate outbound communication to follow up on orders and gather feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer requests.
Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM system.
Continuously improve customer support processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
2-3 years of packaging industry experience.
