Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer support Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
Assist customers with payment-related inquiries and transactions.
Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
