We're looking for a Business Development Specialist that is excited and enthusiastic about his work and competent and professional to become a part of our business development team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to reach new prospects.
- Establishing contact with potential clients through cold outreach and Email
- Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Create a sales pipeline.
- Generating a maximum number of conversations with potential clients.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information.
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients and their needs.
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs related to business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Over 1-2 years of progressive Sales & Business Development experience in a Dispatch or logistics.
- Proven track record of lead generation.
- Proficiency in Tech sales, especially in Logistics and Dispatch
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Experienced working with US & Canadian clients.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A Bachelor's degree.
