Business Development Specialist

We're looking for a Business Development Specialist that is excited and enthusiastic about his work and competent and professional to become a part of our business development team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute lead generation strategies to reach new prospects.
Establishing contact with potential clients through cold outreach and Email
Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
Create a sales pipeline.
Generating a maximum number of conversations with potential clients.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information.
Conduct market research and identify potential clients and their needs.
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs related to business development efforts.

Requirements:

Over 1-2 years of progressive Sales & Business Development experience in a Dispatch or logistics.
Proven track record of lead generation.
Proficiency in Tech sales, especially in Logistics and Dispatch
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
Experienced working with US & Canadian clients.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
A Bachelor's degree.
