• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least five end to end oracle EBS financial implementations & experience in Temenos core banking finance operations or process improvement role.
    • Demonstrated experience in implementing financial systems and driving organizational change.
    • Evaluate existing financial processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Design and implement streamlined and efficient finance processes to enhance productivity and accuracy.
    • Lead the implementation of new financial systems or upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and oversee the implementation process.
    • Drive change initiatives within the finance department, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing resistance.
    • Provide guidance and support to teams adapting to new processes and systems.
    • Work closely with senior leadership to align finance automation initiatives with overall business strategies.
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of finance transformation projects.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
    • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in financial operations.
    • Develop and generate reports to track key performance indicators related to finance automation.
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CA) is a plus.
    • Proven experience in finance automation, process improvement, and system implementations.
    • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
