- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least five end to end oracle EBS financial implementations & experience in Temenos core banking finance operations or process improvement role.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing financial systems and driving organizational change.
- Evaluate existing financial processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement streamlined and efficient finance processes to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Lead the implementation of new financial systems or upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and oversee the implementation process.
- Drive change initiatives within the finance department, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing resistance.
- Provide guidance and support to teams adapting to new processes and systems.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align finance automation initiatives with overall business strategies.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of finance transformation projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in financial operations.
- Develop and generate reports to track key performance indicators related to finance automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in finance automation, process improvement, and system implementations.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
